MARLBORO MAN'S FAVORITE SANDWICH
You can cook up a bunch of sliced mushrooms with the onions and add a little sherry to the meat mixture. You can also melt a little sliced mozzarella on the top. You can really play around with this sandwich as much as you'd like, using different veggies, different seasoning, like thyme, fresh garlic and such, or different...

Steps:
- 1. Slice the onions. Melt 1/4 stick butter in skillet over medium heat. Believe me, you're going to see a lot more butter in this recipe.
- 2. add onions and cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally til soft and light brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove onions and set aside.
- 3. Cut each piece of cube steak against the grain into 1 inch strips. Season meat with a nice sprinkling of seasoned salt, lemon pepper and black pepper. Personally, I like garlic salt, too.
- 4. Add 2 Tbsp. butter to same skillet in which you cooked the onion. Turn heat to high. Let butter begin to turn brown, about 2 minutes. The skillet needs to be HOT.
- 5. Add enough meat to the hot skillet to form a single layer. Don't stir. Let it sit for about a minute or long enough for one side to turn brown. Then using a spatula, flip the meat over. Cook for another minute, then remove to a plate.
- 6. Pour in Worcestershire sauce, several dashes of Tabasco according to taste, and an additional 2 Tbsp. butter. Simmer mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes to thoroughly warm. Cut each roll in half lengthwise. Spread generously with butter, then brown on a griddle or skillet.
- 7. Put the rolls face up on a plate, then place the meat mixture on the bottom half. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of pan juices over the top. This will keep the meat moist and seep into the bread, which makes for an utterly decadent sandwich.

Steps:
- Cook cut in half bacon strips as crispy (or not crispy) as you like them. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Pour off all grease, except for about a tablespoon.
- Sprinkle both sides of chicken breasts with lemon pepper and Lawry's - don't skimp.
- Add chicken breasts to pan and cook until just about done.
- While second side of breast is finishing cooking, lay desired amount of bacon strips across the breast, add sliced cheese over bacon. Cover with a lid and allow cheese to melt.
- Serve chicken on roll/bun, whatever bread you want. Toasted, untoasted, it will be yummy either way, trust me.

MARLBORO MANS FAVORITE SANDWICH
Steps:
- Melt ¼ stick butter in cast iron skillet. Saute onion. While onion is cooking, season meat with a good amount of seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper. Remove onion and set aside. Add 2 Tbsp butter to the same skillet used to cook onion. Turn heat to high to melt the butter and let it begin to turn brown. Add enough meat to the hot skillet to form a single layer. Do not stir. Let it cook for a minute, or long enough for that side to brown well. Use a spatula to flip the meat. Cook for another minute and remove to a plate. Repeat until all meat is cooked. Add another 2 Tbsp butter to the skillet and return all meat and onion to the skillet. Pour a good amount of Worcestershire sauce and several dashes of Tabasco. Simmer over low heat until cooked thoroughly and heated throughout. Cut each roll in half length wise. Butter and brown on a griddle or in oven. Spoon meat on bottom half of the rolls, then pour the juices over the meat. Top with the other half and enjoy. (You can also add mushrooms or green peppers or top with cheese.)
Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients, the better the sandwich will be.
- Don't be afraid to experiment. There are endless possibilities when it comes to sandwich fillings, so don't be afraid to try new things.
- Make sure the bread is fresh. Stale bread will make for a disappointing sandwich.
- Toast the bread. Toasting the bread will add a nice crunch and help to hold the sandwich together.
- Spread the condiments evenly. Don't pile all of the condiments on one side of the sandwich. Spread them evenly so that every bite is flavorful.
- Add some crunch. Adding some crispy lettuce, bacon, or chips to your sandwich will add a nice textural contrast.
- Don't overstuff the sandwich. A sandwich that is too stuffed will be difficult to eat and will fall apart easily.
- Cut the sandwich in half. This will make it easier to eat and will help to prevent the sandwich from falling apart.
- Serve the sandwich immediately. A freshly made sandwich is always the best.
Conclusion:
Sandwiches are a versatile and delicious meal that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With so many different possibilities, there's sure to be a sandwich that everyone will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, don't forget about the humble sandwich.
