1-1/2 pounds orange roughy or other whitefish fillets
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
