1 head cauliflower, broken in flowerettes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
3 -4 stalks celery
1 onion, finely diced
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups olive oil

Steps:
