BOOZY MARGARITA POPSICLE RECIPE
Warm the water a bit to help dissolve the sugar. It shouldn't be hot, about 30 seconds in the microwave or briefly on the stove is sufficient. We will often make them with a touch more tequila, but they won't freeze as solid. If you are using a mold which easily release the pops feel free to use about 1/3 cup of tequila instead of the 1/4 cup.Makes ten 2.5 ounce Pops

- Pour and divide the margarita mixture between 10 ice pop molds. (optional) Add a thin slice of lime into each pop mold.

MARGARITA POPS
Steps:
- Pour the tequila into a tall and narrow glass. Remove the frozen pops from their wrappers and submerge them 1 by 1 in the glass of tequila, tilting the glass to completely moisten the entire pop. Press the side of the pop into the sauce. Serve immediately.
Tips:
- To make sure your popsicles freeze evenly, make sure to give them enough space in the freezer. It's a good idea to freeze them on a baking sheet so they don't stick together.
- If you want your popsicles to be extra smooth, you can strain the margarita mixture before pouring it into the popsicle molds.
- If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups or even shot glasses. Just be sure to cover them with plastic wrap or aluminum foil before freezing and insert a popsicle stick in the center.
- For a fun and festive touch, you can rim the popsicles with salt or sugar before serving.
- These margarita popsicles are the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. They're also great for parties and gatherings. You can make them ahead of time and store them in the freezer so they're always ready to enjoy.

These margarita popsicles are the perfect way to enjoy a refreshing and delicious treat on a hot summer day. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking.
