MAPLE/BRAN DOG BISCUITS

I use the dark non stick pans. If you are using lighter pans, you may want to lightly 'pam' your cookie sheets. I use two large sheets, but 2 small sheets can fit on each rack. I like to make big batches, so they last a little longer, plus I have 2 dogs, and they like to do tricks and beg a lot!

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: Use organic, human-grade ingredients whenever possible. This will ensure that your dog is getting the best possible nutrition.
  • Follow the recipe carefully: Don't substitute ingredients or change the measurements. This could result in a biscuit that is too hard, too soft, or even toxic for your dog.
  • Use a food processor or blender to grind the oats: This will help to create a fine flour that will bind the biscuits together.
  • Chill the dough before baking: This will help to prevent the biscuits from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Bake the biscuits until they are golden brown: This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a crispy texture.

Conclusion:

These maple bran dog biscuits are a healthy and delicious treat that your dog will love. They are made with simple, wholesome ingredients and are easy to make. Plus, they are a great way to use up leftover oatmeal. So next time you're looking for a special treat for your furry friend, give these maple bran dog biscuits a try.
