Tips:

  • Choose the right skewers: Use metal skewers for best results, as wooden skewers can burn easily. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
  • Prepare the kabobs in advance: You can prepare the kabobs up to 24 hours ahead of time. Simply place them in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to grill.
  • Grill the kabobs over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from burning on the outside and undercooking on the inside. Turn the kabobs frequently to ensure even cooking.
  • Baste the kabobs with the maple glaze: This will help to keep them moist and flavorful. Baste the kabobs every few minutes, especially towards the end of the grilling time.
  • Serve the kabobs hot off the grill: These kabobs are best enjoyed hot off the grill. Serve them with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or salad.
