Tips for the Perfect Maple Fondue:

  • Use high-quality maple syrup. This will ensure that your fondue has a rich, authentic maple flavor.
  • Don't boil the maple syrup. Boiling can cause the maple syrup to lose its flavor and become too thick.
  • Add the maple syrup to the chocolate gradually. This will help to prevent the chocolate from seizing.
  • Stir the fondue constantly. This will help to prevent the chocolate from burning and to ensure that it is evenly melted.
  • Serve the fondue immediately. This will ensure that it is at its best flavor and consistency.
