Steps:
- Puree mango and mustard in a blender and transfer mixture to a shallow container such as a pie plate. Season salmon with salt and black pepper. Heat grapeseed oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Dip salmon in mango/mustard mixture and coat with bread crumbs. When the oil begins to shimmer, saute salmon leaving undisturbed for the first 4 minutes or so to allow the seasonings to integrate into the surface of the fish and to allow the caramelization process to begin to prevent "crusting off" of the coating. When you see the edges begin to turn golden, flip the fillets over and cook the other side in the same way. Remove from heat and set aside to carryover cook, or finish in a preheated 325 degree F oven, if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
THE BEST HONEY-GLAZED SALMON
This is the easiest, most flavorful honey-baked salmon that the whole family will be able to enjoy. It comes together in 30 minutes and only requires eight ingredients. Oh, and that honey-lime drizzle at the end is to die for - no one will judge you for slurping it down! Baking the salmon at a high heat not only quickens the cooking time, but also helps to crisp up the honey glaze and spice mixture that coats the fish.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray if you plan on eating the salmon skin. (If you do not plan on eating the skin, you can skip this step.) Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the honey, lime zest, and juice in a small bowl. Remove 2 tablespoons of the mixture to another small bowl and set aside. Brush the remaining honey-lime mixture over top of the salmon fillets.
- Combine the brown sugar, cumin, paprika, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl. Press the brown sugar mixture all over the salmon (about 1 heaping teaspoon on each portion). Crimp all 4 sides of the foil to create a border around the salmon to help collect the juices so they don't spread and burn. Bake until the glaze is shiny and turning golden in some spots, and the salmon is firm and flakes easily when pressed, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drizzle the reserved honey-lime mixture over top of the salmon just before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Make the honey-mustard glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey mustard, garlic, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
- Bake the salmon: Place in oven and bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until just barely cooked through (please don't overcook salmon!). It's okay if the salmon is still a little rare in the center, when you remove it from the oven, the residual heat will cook it through.

WASABI & HONEY GLAZED SALMON RECIPE - (5/5)
Provided by Foodiewife
Number Of Ingredients 8
Steps:
- SAUCE: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stir together mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and wasabi to taste. (Add the wasabi incrementally, tasting as you go.) Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until glaze thickens slightly, about 5 minutes (mine took closer to 10 minutes). Remove from the heat. My adaption to this recipe is that I prefer to sear and roast salmon in an oven-proof skillet. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat an oven-proof skillet with olive oil and heat on medium-high. Season the salmon with a little kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper. When the oil begins to shimmer, and just starts to smoke, add the salmon, skin side up. Sear, without moving it around for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over, skin side down. Brush some of the glaze onto the salmon and then place the skillet of salmon into the oven for about 4 minutes. Spoon the remainder of the sauce over the salmon and serve hot.

Tips:
- Ensure Salmon is Fresh: Use the freshest salmon fillet you can find, as it will yield the best flavor and texture.
- Marinate the Salmon: Marinating the salmon in the honey mustard-wasabi mixture not only adds flavor but also helps keep it moist during cooking.
- Don't Overcook the Salmon: Salmon is a delicate fish that can easily become dry and overcooked. Cook it just until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Use a Non-Stick Pan: A non-stick pan will help prevent the salmon from sticking and breaking apart during cooking.
- Serve Immediately: Serve the salmon immediately after cooking to enjoy it at its best.
Conclusion:
This mango wasabi honey mustard salmon recipe is a delicious and easy way to prepare salmon. The marinade infuses the salmon with a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy flavor, while the pan-searing creates a crispy exterior and a tender, flaky interior. Serve this salmon with your favorite sides, such as rice, roasted vegetables, or a salad, for a complete and satisfying meal.
