¼ cup apple juice
15 fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
½ cup white sugar
3 tablespoons honey
½ cup cold butter
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust
