Mango, Avocado, and Cucumber Salsa image

There are so many layers of flavor from the sweetness of the mango to the heat from the chili peppers, we couldn't get enough of it. This would be amazing on top of some grilled chicken, pork, or fish. It would be just as good with some tortilla chips. Light, refreshing, and delicious!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe and flavorful fruits and vegetables: Using ripe mangoes, avocados, and cucumbers will ensure the salsa is sweet, creamy, and refreshing.
  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh cilantro and mint add a burst of flavor to the salsa. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but reduce the amount you use by half.
  • Adjust the heat level to your liking: If you like spicy salsa, add a jalapeño or serrano pepper. If you prefer milder salsa, omit the peppers or use a milder variety, such as a poblano pepper.
  • Let the salsa chill before serving: This allows the flavors to meld and develop. You can make the salsa up to 24 hours in advance.

Conclusion:

This refreshing and flavorful mango, avocado, and cucumber salsa is the perfect addition to any summer party or potluck. It's also a great way to use up ripe summer produce. With its sweet, creamy, and slightly spicy flavor, this salsa is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
