2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 cup salted peanuts
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons onions, minced
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and combine with oranges and peanuts in a large bowl.

1/4 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 English cucumber, sliced thin
1 small red onion, sliced thin
6 cups mixed salad greens
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained,reserve juice
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan over medium low heat whisk together the oil, peanut butter, 3 Tablspoons mandarine orange juice, lime juice, tamari sauce, ginger, garlic and sugar.
  • Continue to whisk until sugar is dissolved.

1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges segments
1 package (3 ounces) tapioca pudding mix
1 package (3 ounces) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix

2 medium firm bananas, sliced
