Time 4h10m

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups water
6 oz Orange Jello Mix
3 ounce instant vanilla pudding
11 ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 of a 20 ounce can of Pineapple chunks, drained
One 8 ounce container cool whip

Steps:

  • Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

Tips:

  • Ensure that the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. This will make it easier to blend and create a smooth dip.
  • Use fresh mandarin oranges for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh oranges, you can use canned mandarin oranges, but be sure to drain them well.
  • Add a splash of orange liqueur or juice to the dip for an extra burst of citrus flavor.
  • Garnish the dip with a few mandarin orange segments and a sprinkle of chopped nuts or coconut for a festive touch.
  • Serve the dip with a variety of dippers, such as cookies, fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.

Conclusion:

This mandarin orange fruit dip is a delicious and easy-to-make snack or dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy texture, tangy citrus flavor, and refreshing orange aroma, this dip is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying treat, give this mandarin orange fruit dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
