Tips:

  • For a more tender beef, marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Be sure to use a well-seasoned wok or large skillet for stir-frying. This will help prevent the beef from sticking.
  • When adding the beef to the wok, be sure to spread it out in a single layer. This will help it cook evenly.
  • Stir-fry the beef quickly over high heat, stirring constantly. This will help it stay tender and juicy.
  • Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the wok and set it aside. Then, add the vegetables and stir-fry them until they are tender.
  • Return the beef to the wok and add the sauce. Stir-fry until the sauce is heated through and evenly coats the beef and vegetables.
