1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 large eggs, separated
1 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Optional: Whipped cream, lemon slices and fresh mint

Steps:
