17 ounces white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter

Tips:

  • Use a large pot or Dutch oven to pop the popcorn. This will help to ensure that all of the kernels pop evenly.
  • Do not overcrowd the pot with popcorn kernels. This will also prevent the kernels from popping evenly.
  • When melting the white chocolate, use a double boiler or microwave on low power. This will help to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  • Add the malted milk powder to the melted white chocolate. This will give the popcorn a delicious malted flavor.
  • Stir in the popped popcorn and coat it evenly with the white chocolate mixture.
  • Top the popcorn with chopped malted milk balls and pastel sprinkles. This will add a festive touch to the popcorn.
  • Let the popcorn cool completely before serving. This will help the white chocolate to harden.
  • Store the popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.

Malted white chocolate popcorn with Robins Eggs is a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking.
