Tips:

  • Use fresh green beans: Fresh green beans are more flavorful and have a better texture than frozen or canned beans.
  • Trim the green beans: Trim the ends of the green beans before cooking them. This will remove any tough or fibrous parts of the beans.
  • Blanch the green beans: Blanching the green beans before stir-frying them will help to preserve their color and crispness.
  • Use a well-seasoned wok: A well-seasoned wok will help to prevent the green beans from sticking and will also add flavor to the dish.
  • Stir-fry the green beans over high heat: Stir-frying the green beans over high heat will help to create a nice sear on the outside of the beans and will also help to preserve their crispness.
  • Add the sauce at the end: Add the sauce to the green beans at the end of the cooking process so that the beans don't overcook.

Conclusion:

Mala green beans are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and healthy meal. The combination of spicy, numbing, and savory flavors makes this dish a favorite of many people.
