1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups whole milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1-3/4 cups sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup pecan halves
FROSTING:
1 package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter, softened
