2 1/4 teaspoon(s) yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar
1 - egg
2 - egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 cup(s) shortening
3 tablespoon(s) sugar

  • Mix milk, 1 cup of flour, and yeast together. Let rise for 30 mninutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Let rise another 30 minutes. Drop into muffin tins. Let rise for 50 more minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 ninutes. Yields 1 dozen rolls.
