18 macaroons, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
26 snack-size Mounds or Almond Joy candy bars
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 10-in. springform pan. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream, softened if necessary
TOPPING:
1/2 cup chopped pecans or pecan halves, toasted

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, cream, butter and salt. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
