3/4 cup French salad dressing

5 eggs
2 strips celery, diced
½ onion, minced
½ green bell pepper, diced

1 pound medium shrimp (40 to 60 count), shelled and deveined
5 tablespoons butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped medium onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 teaspoons salt, divided
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups nonfat half-and-half
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon paprika, for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cut shrimp crosswise into thirds. In a medium frying pan, over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic, and cook until translucent.   • In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat. Stir in cornstarch/water mixture, nutmeg, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Gradually stir in half-and-half; cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly and bubbles. Remove from heat. Add half the colby cheese and 1 cup of the cheddar. Stir until melted; then add remaining colby cheese. Continue to stir until mixture is smooth. Add reserved liquid from shrimp and continue to stir until mixture is well combined.
  • Grease a 2-quart casserole with remaining tablespoon butter. In large bowl combine shrimp and cooked macaroni; add cheese sauce and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into casserole dish and stir in the egg. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

1 cup uncooked ditalini pasta
2 (4.5 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained and chopped, or more to taste
3 stalks celery, finely chopped

1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise

1 sprig fresh dill for garnish, or as needed

Steps:

  • Place the eggs into a saucepan in a single layer and fill with water to cover the eggs by 1 inch. Cover the saucepan and bring the water to a boil; remove from heat and let the eggs stand in the hot water for 15 minutes. Drain the hot water; cool the eggs under cold running water in the sink. Peel and set aside.

1 cup ditalini pasta
1 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
4 ribs celery, finely chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
½ red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
12 ounces frozen cooked small shrimp, thawed, or more to taste
3 sprigs fresh parsley, or as desired

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook ditalini pasta in the boiling water, stirring frequently, until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.
  • Combine pasta, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, red bell pepper, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until macaroni salad is well combined.
  • Set a few egg slices aside for garnish and stir remaining egg slices into macaroni salad. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
  • Stir shrimp into macaroni salad, adding more mayonnaise if salad is dry. Garnish salad with reserved egg slices and parsley sprigs.

4 c tiny sea shell macaroni
4 to 5 can(s) (4oz ea.) tiny shrimp (i used a mixture of tiny and medium)
2 can(s) (4.25oz ea.) chopped black olives
1 c mayonnaise
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pan boil the pasta in salt water until tender.
  • 2. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool down the pasta.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl add the cool pasta , chopped black olives and 2 cans of shrimp with the juice and 2 to 3 cans with out the juice ; don't be afraid to break up the shrimp when you stir it up ; it spreads the shrimp out alot more and increases the flavor.
  • 4. Mix all the ingredients together
  • 5. Add the mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste.
  • 6. Mix the mayonnaise in until it's fully combined with the ingredients ; cover and chill for several hours.
  • 7. Stir well before serving....enjoy

2 c dry elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c celery, cut small
1/2 of large sweet onion, chopped small
1 1/4 c frozen peas, thawed
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 lb cooked, peeled shrimp, tails removed
6 hard boilded eggs, chopped
2 c miracle whip salad dressing
salt to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Rinse pasta in cold water, and drain well. In a large bowl, mix pasta with 2 cups of Miracle Whip. Refrigerate while you are chopping veggies and eggs.
  • 2. Add chopped onion, celery, and pickle relish, to pasta. Mix well. Add chopped hard boiled eggs, mix again.
  • 3. Cut each shrimp, depending upon the size of the shrimp, into 3 or 4 pieces. Add to salad, mix well.
  • 4. Add peas, and salt to taste. Mix well, and chill.
