1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F In a small saucepan melt butter.
  • Stir in your crumbs, and combine thoroughly.
  • Press mixture into a 13x9 pan.
  • Pour the condensed milk evenly over the crumbs, and then scatter the chocolate chips evenly.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut flakes, finely minced
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces solid white chocolate, cut into chunks
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar on high speed. Add coconut, egg, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine until dough forms.
  • Mix in the white chocolate and nuts.

2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (18.25 ounce) package French vanilla cake mix
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 (16 ounce) can vanilla frosting
1 (1 ounce) square white chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ cup finely chopped white chocolate chips
½ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c dark brown sugar
2 stick butter, room temperature
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut extract
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c sweetened flaked coconut
4 1/2 oz container of macadamia nuts roughly chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325
  • 2. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt mix with fork to combine.
  • 3. In a large bowl blend together sugar and butter until mixed (about 3-5 minutes)
  • 4. Add eggs one a time mixing after each addition, add vanilla and coconut extracts and mix
  • 5. Add flour mixture in 3 steps, mixing to combine in between each addition
  • 6. Add in flaked coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips and mix in by hand until well incorporated
  • 7. Drop tablespoond of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart
  • 8. Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes until golden
