½ cup chopped walnuts
½ (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • In a large bowl, mix together pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows, and nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Chill.

1 pkg ( 4- serving size) jell-o pistachio flavor fat free, sugar free instant pudding.
1 can(s) (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 c vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 1/2 c thawed cool whip free whipped topping, divided

Steps:

  • 1. Stir dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in 2 cups of whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour...serve topped with remaining whipped topping.
  • 2. 2 points per 1/2 cup serving
