If you make it as written, 1/6 = 9 pts plus WW or 1/8 = 6 pts WW or 1/12 = 4 pts plus WW (52 points plus for whole recipe according to the recipe builder on their site)

Tips:

  • Use low-fat ingredients: Opt for low-fat milk, yogurt, and evaporated milk instead of their full-fat counterparts. You can also use unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk for a healthier alternative.
  • Reduce the amount of sugar: The original recipe calls for 1/2 cup of brown sugar, but you can easily reduce this to 1/4 cup or even less, depending on your desired level of sweetness.
  • Add natural sweetness: Instead of using refined sugar, try adding natural sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol. You can also use a combination of these sweeteners to achieve the desired level of sweetness.
  • Use whole-wheat flour: Instead of all-purpose flour, use whole-wheat flour for a healthier option. Whole-wheat flour is higher in fiber and nutrients, and it can help to give the casserole a more wholesome flavor.
  • Add healthy ingredients: Feel free to add other healthy ingredients to the casserole, such as chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit. These ingredients can add extra flavor, texture, and nutrients to the dish.

This Low-Fat Sweet Potato Casserole is a delicious and healthy side dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking.
