Tips for Making Low-Carb Sausage Balls:

  • Use a variety of sausage: Feel free to mix and match different types of sausage, such as pork, turkey, or chicken, to create a unique flavor profile.
  • Add some heat: If you like spicy food, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the sausage mixture.
  • Don't overmix the sausage: Overmixing can make the sausage balls tough, so mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a cookie scoop: A cookie scoop is a great way to ensure that all of the sausage balls are the same size and shape.
  • Bake the sausage balls at a high temperature: This will help them to brown and crisp on the outside while staying moist and juicy on the inside.
  • Serve the sausage balls with your favorite dipping sauce: Ranch dressing, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce are all great options.

Conclusion:

Low-carb sausage balls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack that are perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover sausage. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of sausage balls that are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
