Tips:

  • Use a good quality broth. This is the base of your soup, so it's important to use a broth that is flavorful and has a good body. I recommend using a low-carb chicken or beef broth.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables. You want them to be tender, but not mushy. Cook them for just a few minutes until they are bright and crisp.
  • Add the cheese at the end. This will help it to melt smoothly and evenly.
  • Serve immediately. Pizza soup is best served hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Low-carb crock pot pizza soup is a delicious and easy way to satisfy your pizza cravings without all the guilt. It's perfect for a busy weeknight meal or a casual weekend lunch. This soup is also a great way to use up leftover pizza ingredients. So next time you have some leftover pizza, don't throw it away! Just add it to your crock pot with some broth, vegetables, and cheese, and you'll have a delicious and satisfying soup in no time.
