SADIE'S LONGBOY CHEESEBURGERS
This is a yummy recipe and great for those nights when you do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen! This is one of my husband's favorites - I got the recipe from my Grandma Sadie, an Australian. Her mother made this for her when she was growing up in Wauchope, NSW!

Great recipe for when it is too wet or cold to barbecue. Also great when substitute ketchup for BBQ sauce.

Tips for Making the Best Long Boy Burgers:
- Use a high-quality ground beef with a fat content of at least 80%. This will help keep the burgers juicy and flavorful.
- Season the beef liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before cooking. This will help develop the flavor of the burgers.
- Form the beef into long, thin patties. This will help them cook evenly.
- Cook the burgers over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns with your favorite toppings. Classic toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese.
