FULLY LOADED DEVILED EGGS
My children and husband go nuts over these. I made them for a potluck at work and have been asked for them ever since. (If you can keep people out of them, you're doing better than I ever could.) The time that I spend prepping this depends on how fast you shell your eggs. I have two girls so we knock this out in about 30 minutes (minus cooking time).

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your deviled eggs.
- Hard-boil your eggs perfectly: Overcooked eggs will be dry and crumbly, while undercooked eggs will be runny. For perfect hard-boiled eggs, place them in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 10-12 minutes, then drain and immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Make sure your eggs are completely cool before peeling them: This will help prevent the shells from sticking to the eggs.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the eggs in half: This will help to prevent the yolk from breaking.
- Gently scoop out the yolks: Be careful not to break the whites.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until they are smooth: You can also use a food processor or blender to do this.
- Add your desired fillings and seasonings: This is where you can get creative! Some popular fillings include mayonnaise, mustard, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped pickles, and chopped ham. Some popular seasonings include salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves: You can use a pastry bag or a spoon to do this.
- Garnish with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings include chopped parsley, chopped chives, paprika, and bacon bits.
