Steps:

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Scrub potatoes; place on a microwave-safe plate. Pierce several times with a fork. Basic Pizza Dough, recipe follows
2 cups garlic mashed potatoes
3 ounces sauteed onions
3 small tomatoes, sliced thin
4 ounces shredded provolone
4 ounces shredded fontina
4 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 teaspoon onion salt
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 package active dry yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup warm water

Steps:

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Combine potatoes, broth, and garlic in a large saucepan. Add additional water if necessary in order to keep all potatoes completely submerged. Bring to boil than reduce heat to low. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Drain and mash the potatoes and garlic. Add butter, salt, pepper, and whipping cream. Whip until it has a creamy texture.

1 medium white potato
1 tablespoon olive oil

2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
1 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375º. Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam. Unroll pizza crust onto cookie sheet and roll into a 13x9 rectangle.
