  • Taste, and add more liquid smoke and/or other spices to taste.
  • Add the browning/seasoning mix and stir thoroughly.
  • Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve on hamburger rolls or biscuits.

Tips:

  • Use fresh and high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. Whenever possible, use fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Choose meats and seafood that are sustainably sourced and free of antibiotics and hormones.
  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling around in the middle of cooking.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: Cooking is a creative process, so don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients and flavors. Try new recipes, and don't be afraid to tweak them to suit your taste.
  • Pay attention to cooking times and temperatures: Overcooking or undercooking food can ruin a dish. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that meats are cooked to the proper internal temperature. And, when cooking vegetables, blanch them quickly in boiling water to preserve their color and nutrients.
  • Season your food well: Salt and pepper are essential seasonings, but don't be afraid to experiment with other spices and herbs. A little bit of garlic, onion, or chili powder can go a long way in adding flavor to a dish.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking meat or vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the food from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Use a clean cutting board: Always use a clean cutting board when preparing food. This will help to prevent cross-contamination and keep your food safe to eat.
  • Have fun! Cooking should be enjoyable, so relax and have fun with it. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, because that's how you learn and grow as a cook.
