2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour (I use whole wheat flour)

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: This will give your oatmeal bars a sweeter, more flavorful taste.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make your oatmeal bars tough.
  • Don't skimp on the oats: Oats are the main ingredient in these bars, so make sure you use a good quality variety.
  • Add your favorite mix-ins: You can add nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or chocolate chips to these bars to make them your own.
