From Food and Drink magazine. Hope you enjoy! *Note, please use a very hot, prepared horseradish sauce to offset the mildness of the cream. Tips:

  • When selecting linguine pasta, look for a high-quality brand made with durum wheat semolina. This will ensure that the pasta cooks evenly and has a great texture.
  • To achieve the best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Pre-packaged grated cheese often contains additives and preservatives that can alter the taste.
  • If you don't have any fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs instead. However, be sure to use half the amount of dried herbs as you would fresh.
  • To make the horseradish dressing, use a good quality prepared horseradish. This will give the dressing a more robust flavor.
  • If you find that the dressing is too spicy, you can add a little bit of sour cream or mayonnaise to mellow out the flavor.

Conclusion:

This linguine salad is a delicious and refreshing summer dish that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The combination of the tender linguine, crisp vegetables, and tangy horseradish dressing is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a new salad recipe, give this one a try!
