Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. This is especially true for the sausage and greens.
  • Cook the sausage thoroughly: Smoked sausage is typically pre-cooked, but it's important to cook it thoroughly before adding it to the pasta. This will help to ensure that it is safe to eat and that it has a good flavor.
  • Don't overcook the greens: Greens should be cooked until they are tender, but not mushy. Overcooked greens will lose their flavor and nutrients.
  • Use a flavorful broth: The broth that you use to cook the pasta will add flavor to the dish. Use a broth that is made with high-quality ingredients and that has a good flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: Fresh herbs can add a pop of color and flavor to the dish. Try garnishing with basil, parsley, or oregano.
