6 oz. hearts of palm, sliced in 1/2 inch slices
Romaine lettuce, rough cut
1 avocado, diced
1 T fresh-squeeze lemon juice, to toss with avocado
3 oz. crumbled Feta (about 2/3 cup)
1/4 cup 1/2" diagonally sliced green onions
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. Bon Appetit seasoning salt, or celery seed

Steps:

  • Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, dried dill weed, Bon Appetit seasoning salt, and black pepper to make the dressing. Slice the hearts of palm into pieces about 1/2 inch thick. Dice the avocado and toss with the tablespoon of lemon juice. Crumble the Feta and slice the green onion on the diagonal. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 pinch salt
1 lb medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 pinch sugar
fresh ground pepper
2 romaine lettuce hearts, cut into 2-inch wide ribbons
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons chives, snipped
