LEMONY CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

This is a great Caesar dressing from a bed and breakfast in St. Simon's Island, Georgia. It is the best I've had. Great with a grilled chicken breast on top. Make sure to use the extra light extra-virgin olive oil. Enjoy!

LEMONY CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

This is from Taste of Home magazine and after discovering it, I've never bought Caesar dressing again. I love it that there's no quickly perishable ingredients and it's all stuff pretty much everyone has on hand at any given time.

1/2 teaspoon salt

Tips:

  • Use fresh lemons for the best flavor. Bottled lemon juice can be used in a pinch, but it won't be as bright and flavorful.
  • If you don't have anchovy paste, you can use Worcestershire sauce instead. Just add a few drops at a time until you reach the desired flavor.
  • Add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder for extra flavor.
  • If you like a thicker dressing, add more Parmesan cheese. For a thinner dressing, add more lemon juice.
  • Serve the dressing immediately or store it in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

This lemony Caesar salad dressing is a delicious and versatile dressing that can be used on salads, grilled vegetables, or even roasted potatoes. It's also a great way to use up leftover lemon juice. With its bright, tangy flavor, this dressing is sure to become a favorite in your kitchen.
