LEMONY CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

Lemony Caesar Salad Dressing image

This is a great Caesar dressing from a bed and breakfast in St. Simon's Island, Georgia. It is the best I've had. Great with a grilled chicken breast on top. Make sure to use the extra light extra-virgin olive oil. Enjoy!

LEMONY CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

This is from Taste of Home magazine and after discovering it, I've never bought Caesar dressing again. I love it that there's no quickly perishable ingredients and it's all stuff pretty much everyone has on hand at any given time.

LEMONY CAESAR SALAD

Lemony Caesar Salad image

My Caesar salad has the same fresh, classic flavor as one I used to order at a steak house in Saskatoon. Making it at home lets me adjust the garlic-if I want it zesty, I add two cloves. (I believe you can never have too much garlic!)

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the salad will taste. This is especially true for the lemon juice and dressing.
  • Don't overdress the salad: A little dressing goes a long way. Too much dressing will weigh down the salad and make it soggy.
  • Serve the salad immediately: Caesar salad is best served immediately after it is made. The dressing will wilt the lettuce if it sits for too long.
  • Add some extra crunch: If you like, you can add some extra crunch to the salad by adding some croutons or chopped nuts.
  • Make it a meal: Caesar salad can be a meal on its own or served as a side dish. If you're serving it as a meal, you can add some grilled chicken or shrimp.

Conclusion:

Lemony Caesar salad is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With its bright, lemony flavor and creamy dressing, this salad is sure to be a hit.
