Tips:

  • Use fresh, flavorful lemons for the best results. Look for lemons with bright yellow skin and no blemishes.
  • If you don't have fresh lemon juice, you can use bottled lemon juice. However, fresh lemon juice will give your salad a brighter, more vibrant flavor.
  • To make the salad more substantial, add cooked protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
  • For a vegan version of the salad, omit the feta cheese and use a plant-based dressing.
  • Serve the salad immediately after making it, or the peas will start to lose their鮮豔.

Conclusion:

Lemon pea salad is a refreshing and flavorful salad that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover peas. The salad is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. For example, you can add more or less lemon juice, depending on your desired level of tartness. You can also add other ingredients, such as chopped red onion, mint, or dill. No matter how you choose to make it, lemon pea salad is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
