Tips:

  • Use a meat thermometer: To ensure your turkey breast is cooked to perfection, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The safe internal temperature for cooked turkey is 165°F (74°C).
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When searing the turkey breast, make sure to not overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the turkey from cooking evenly.
  • Let the turkey rest: Before slicing and serving the turkey breast, let it rest for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more flavorful and tender dish.
  • Use fresh herbs and spices: Fresh herbs and spices will add a burst of flavor to your turkey breast. Some good options include rosemary, thyme, garlic, and lemon zest.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many different ways to cook a lemon garlic turkey breast. Feel free to experiment with different ingredients and cooking methods to find what you like best.

A lemon garlic turkey breast is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. It is a great source of protein and can be paired with a variety of side dishes.
