- In a large bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients until blended. Reserve 3 tablespoons marinade for basting. Add shrimp to remaining marinade; toss to coat. - In a large bowl, whisk together the juice of 3 lemons, the honey and chopped dill. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Bring a large stockpot of water to a boil. Add the juice of the remaining 2 lemons, the dill stems and 1/2 cup salt. Add the shrimp and cook until opaque and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the shrimp using a slotted spoon and add to the dressing. Toss to coat.
- Bring the poaching liquid back up to a boil. Drop the pasta and cook until al dente, 9 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and run it under cold water until the pasta is cooled. Remove the dill stems.
- Add the pasta, grape tomatoes and cucumbers to the bowl with the shrimp and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

- Set a steamer basket in a large pot filled with about 1/2" salted water. Cover pot and bring water to a boil. Place beans in basket, cover, and steam until just tender, about 3 minutes. Carefully pull steamer insert out of pot. Transfer beans to a large colander and run under cold water, then transfer to a plate.
- Return steamer basket to pot. Season shrimp with 1/4 tsp. salt, then place in steamer basket. Cover and steam shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes. Transfer shrimp to colander and run under cold water until cool to the touch.

- Dry shrimp with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a large, ovenproof skillet over high heat. Swirl to coat. When shimmering, add shrimp in an even layer. - TO MAKE THE VINAIGRETTE:.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the shrimp in a medium bowl.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the vinaigrette over the shrimp and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- TO MAKE THE SALAD:.
- Bring a medium saucepan three-quarters full of salted water to a boil.
- Add the orzo pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and place in a bowl.

- Peel, devein and rinse shrimp.
- Place shrimp in medium-sized deep bowl.
- For marinade, combine Lemon juice, chopped dill, oil, garlic, salt and black pepper in small bowl.
- Pour over shrimp.
- Marinate at room temperature 30 minutes or in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, cook zucchini in small amount of boiling water in small covered saucepan 2 minutes.

Cook garlic in hot oil 1 minute. Add Shrimp, cook 3 to 4 minutes, until shrimp are opaque. Add spinach and drained pasta; tossing just until spinach begins to wilt. Stir in Seasonings, lemon peel and 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, top with dill.
Tips:
