1-1/2 teaspoons lemon extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
FROSTING :
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar
Yellow colored sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and extracts. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture., Preheat oven to 375°. Divide dough in half.
