Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh lemons, herbs, and vegetables will give your dish the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken should be cooked until it is just cooked through, or it will become dry and tough.
  • Use a good quality pasta: A high-quality pasta will hold its shape and texture better than a cheaper pasta.
  • Cook the pasta al dente: Pasta should be cooked until it is slightly firm to the bite.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken: If you overcrowd the pan, the chicken will not cook evenly.
  • Season the chicken and vegetables well: Season the chicken and vegetables with salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices to taste.
