Tips:

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before you start baking. This will help it mix smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh lemons, you can use bottled lemon juice, but it won't be as good.
  • Don't overmix the cheesecake filling. Overmixing can make the cheesecake dense and crumbly.
  • Bake the cheesecakes in a water bath. This will help prevent them from cracking.
  • Let the cheesecakes cool completely before serving. This will help them set properly.

Conclusion:

Lemon cheesecake tarts are a delicious and refreshing dessert that are perfect for any occasion. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like your cheesecake tart with a graham cracker crust or a cookie crust, with a sweet or tart filling, or with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream, there's a lemon cheesecake tart recipe out there for you.
