2 eggs
10 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
½ teaspoon lemon extract, or to taste
1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon zest
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
½ cup prepared lemon curd
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest

Steps:

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 oz (about 1 2/3 cups) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
25 fresh blueberries (about 1/4 cup)
17 fresh raspberries (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Using food processor, finely crush cereal.
  • In medium bowl, mix crushed cereal and brown sugar with fork. Stir in melted butter until well mixed. Press in bottom and up side of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
4 graham cracker crusts (9 inches)
TOPPING:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

5 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
