Tips for Making Lemon Cake Mix Brownies (Yellowies)

- **Choose a quality lemon cake mix.** This will ensure that your brownies have the best flavor. - **Don't overmix the batter.** Overmixing can make the brownies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. - **Bake the brownies at the right temperature.** If the oven is too hot, the brownies will cook too quickly and may burn. If the oven is too cool, the brownies will take too long to cook and may not be done in the center. - **Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them.** This will help them hold their shape and prevent them from crumbling. - **Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature.** They will stay fresh for up to 3 days. ###
