Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken: For best results, use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. If using chicken breasts, pound them to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
  • Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated in the marinade: The marinade helps infuse the chicken with flavor and moisture. Make sure the chicken is completely coated in the marinade before cooking.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat helps to prevent it from drying out. Be patient and cook the chicken until it is cooked through, but not overcooked.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: The best way to ensure that the chicken is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken. The chicken is cooked through when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Make the lemon butter glaze while the chicken is cooking: This allows the flavors in the glaze to meld together. You can also make the glaze ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Brush the chicken with the lemon butter glaze during the last few minutes of cooking: This helps to add flavor and color to the chicken.
  • Serve the chicken immediately: Lemon-butter glazed chicken is best served immediately, while it is still hot and juicy.

Conclusion:

Lemon-butter glazed chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The marinade infuses the chicken with flavor, while the lemon butter glaze adds a pop of brightness and acidity. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
