2 tbsps lemon juice

Tips:

  • Use good quality chocolate: The type of chocolate you use will greatly affect the taste of your brownies. Use a high-quality chocolate that has a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in tough, chewy brownies. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached: Overbaking the brownies will make them dry and crumbly. Bake in the center of a preheated oven, not on the top or bottom rack.
  • Add lemon zest and juice to the batter for a citrusy flavor: Lemon zest and juice brighten up the flavor of the brownies and make them extra special.
  • Serve the brownies with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream: This will make them even more decadent and delicious.

Conclusion:

Lemon bliss brownies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their moist, fudgy texture and bright citrus flavor, these brownies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give these lemon bliss brownies a try. You won't be disappointed!
