Place one of the slices, butter side down in a skillet. Place 1 1/2 slices of Provolone cheese on top of bread. Spread out pulled pork on top of cheese. Place other 1 1/2 slices of Provolone cheese on pulled pork. Top with second slice of bread butter side up. Turn heat up to medium and cook until golden on the bottom.
