1 (15 ounce) can refried beans (or left over home made refried beans)
1 packet taco seasoning mix
guacamole
8 ounces sour cream
chopped ripe olives
diced tomatoes
chopped green onion
chopped jalapeno
shredded monterey jack cheese

Steps:

  • Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a pie plate.

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (15 ounce) jar salsa
1 (12 ounce) bag tortilla chips
¼ cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 chopped green onions
1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced avocado
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon taco sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan; set aside.

2 cups refried beans (1 can) (optional)
2 cups sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
2 cups salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (Kraft Shredded Cheese for Nachos is great!)
1 yellow pepper, chopped
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped (or more)
1/2 cup black olives, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Spread beans in a rectangular casserole dish (9x13-inch). You could use chili instead, as well.
  • Mix sour cream and cream cheese together (use a hand mixer or immersion blender). Spread over beans or chili.
