1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 large yellow onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil (plus more if needed)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 lime (cut into wedges)
Cooked rice (for serving)

Steps:
