PINEAPPLE BREAD SOUFFLE
So simple and so delicious you'll want to make an extra one for the next day. It's always the requested dish to bring to parties, from picnics to Thanksgiving. You don't know whether to eat it as a side dish or dessert, but it will be gone either way. My mom calls it 'white trash souffle' because it's best made with that long-lasting, favorite white bread! If desired, garnish with pineapple slices or maraschino cherries.

Tips:
- Choose ripe pineapple: Use fresh, ripe pineapple for the best flavor and texture. Ripe pineapple will have a golden yellow color and a sweet, fragrant aroma.
- Use a sharp knife: A sharp knife will help you cut the pineapple into even pieces and make the process easier.
- Cook the pineapple until it is tender: The pineapple should be cooked until it is tender but still holds its shape. Overcooking will make the pineapple mushy.
- Don't overbeat the egg whites: Overbeaten egg whites will make the soufflé tough. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff peaks but not dry.
- Bake the soufflé immediately: Once the soufflé is assembled, bake it immediately. Delaying baking will cause the soufflé to deflate.
Conclusion:
Pineapple soufflé is a light and airy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized with different flavors. Whether you are serving it for a special occasion or just want a sweet treat, pineapple soufflé is sure to please everyone.
