Yet another Martha Stewart Living goody. I love to get and use recipes from magazines. This one,I have not tried it just sounds so good I wanted to share it with everyone. I am diabetic and won't be able to try this one myself. I have to experiment on ya'll and, of course, family.

Tips:
- Use fresh kumquats for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh kumquats, you can use frozen or canned kumquats. - If you don't have a muddler, you can use a spoon to crush the kumquats. - Be careful not to over-muddle the kumquats, or you will release too much bitterness. - You can adjust the amount of champagne and Cointreau to taste. - If you want a sweeter cocktail, you can add a simple syrup or honey. - Garnish the cocktail with a kumquat slice or a twist of lemon. Conclusion:
